Ty Wood – “Magic”

Nashville-based singer/songwriter Ty Wood struts a heartfelt folk-pop appeal on new single “Magic.” The vibrant, positive production emphasizes the beauty of someone bringing out one’s best traits. “Life should be lived and shared with those we care about and who care about us,” Wood explains. “I’m sure it sounds simple, but we often get so busy that we miss “moments”. I know that “moments” can be very profound alone, but when they are shared with someone you love, life elevates and can bring out about ‘Magic.'”

Written on the shore of of Lake Oconee, Georgia, “Magic” imparts a joyful introspection in its celebration of positive love. “Now I need a little love in my heart,” Wood sings amidst flourishing acoustic strums and twanging electric guitars. “You got the magic in ya, and you bring out the magic in me for sure,” a wholly memorable refrain emits. The verses and that memorable central hook exudes wisdom in its emphasis on the reciprocal power of love, within an illuminated folk-pop production that proves effervescent in its amiable melodic drive.
