Mol Sullivan – “Before”

/

Cincinnati-based musician Mol Sullivan enthralls on the track “Before,” building around guitar twangs and lush Omnichord reflections. Ruminations on “the ones I lost before,” excel into a spacey synth-touched dreaminess, thereafter ascending alongside serene guitar swirls amidst beckoning to “stay a little while more.” Rock, dreamy-pop, and synth-pop elements converge beautifully on this standout single, described as “a reimagined version of a fan favorite from a collection of bedroom recordings Sullivan released in 2014 (Winter ’13).”

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.
