KAVA – “What of Tomorrow”

/

A fervent rock appeal shows on KAVA‘s “What of Tomorrow,” which finds an enjoyable ground between hypnotic psych appeal and hard-rocking vigor. The band, which originally formed in 2010 in Chicago, showcase these dynamic strengths throughout the production. Blaring guitars and steady percussion builds into a feverish vocal intensity, moving seamlessly between twangy momentum and anthemic rises, like at the stellar two-minute turn. “What of Tomorrow” is a satiating rock success.

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.
