Bistro Plate – “Autodog” + “Space Limo”

/

Australian act Bistro Plate dazzle on two recent singles, showcasing a dynamic captivation between the brisk rock energy of “Autodog” and the quaintly nocturnal lo-fi pop of “Space Limo.” The former builds quickly into thickly reveberating guitars and peppy rhythmic propulsions, embracing a shoegaze-friendly immersion in the textured guitars and submerged vocals. An ensuing blast of distortion and anthemic vocals continue the envelopment.

“Space Limo” is another standout, developing with a serene hookiness as glistening guitar twangs, crunchy reflections, and enchanting vocals prove aesthetically reminiscent of Alvvays. These two tracks are diversely impactful success from Bistro Plate.

These and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.
