Bad Bubble – “Beauty Burger”

Gorgeous vocal harmonies and an electronic-forward soundscape emanates within “Beauty Burger,” an emotive new single from Chicago-based artist Bad Bubble. The release is part of a steady stream of releases for Bad Bubble, releasing one song from a forthcoming album every two weeks. With its stellar quality, “Beauty Burger” certainly has us anticipating the upcoming trickle of singles.

A melancholic vocal yearning and nocturnal synth arsenal craft a moody immersion from the get-go. “Burning a hole right through your heart again,” the vocals let out. “I guess I’ve been lonely, because I don’t even have the strength to have a conscious anymore.” The heart-on-sleeve admissions are chilling, and further bolstered by a haunting wordless vocal addition as the one-minute turn approaches. Vintage synth warmness injects sporadically as the vocal layers intertwine. “Beauty Burger” is a stirring showcase in atmosphere and emotion from Bad Bubble.
