White Flashes – “Astralade”

/

Spacey synth glimmers and soaring vocal passion intertwine on “Astralade,” a compelling new single from White Flashes, a band from Boulder, Colorado. Illuminated synths and bass-y reverberations complement a caressing vocal soaring to start, expanding into a headier realm of swelling electronics and rhythms as the mid-point approaches. Moments of withdrawn percussion and effervescent synths invoke a more ambient-laden direction, bursting seamlessly into vocal re-emergences. “Astralade” is a starry-eyed, melodic success from White Flashes.

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.
