LLeow – “1995”

/

“1995” is a resonating rocker from LLeow. The lyrics set the scene — in a hot taxi cab — amidst ruminations that aspire for music and good times to carry them away. The “heat of the moment,” chorus resonates thereafter as pulsing guitar distortion leads the way, capped off enjoyably by the “take me back to 1995,” retrospective. A compelling bridge arises past the two-minute mark, culminating in a soaring vocal passion and chirpy guitar excitement for a final “heat of the moment,” reprisal.

The track succeeds in its charisma and throwback yearning, making for a surefire success from the artist, who is based in Innsbruck, Austria. “1995” represents her first single, released in March, and continues to draw acclaim for its impassioned sound. The artist’s second single, “Sacrifice,” followed in April, and a debut album, Reboot, is scheduled to arrive next spring. We’re excited for it!

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.
