Bambii Lamb – “All My Love”

/

Nostalgic synth tones and a modern pop artfulness converge on the memorable “All My Love,” the latest success from Gainesville-based artist Bambii Lamb. Impressing last year with multiple tracks like “thread” and “overstimulated,” Lamb continues to showcase a sound that deftly balances hooky immediacy with a vibe-friendly intrigue. “I give you all my love,” her vocals let out, invigorating especially past the one-minute mark as a funkier rhythmic demeanor takes hold and the vocals admit to patience running thin.

“I wanted to create a song that reflects the complexity of love, and the pain of giving your all to someone who doesn’t appreciate it,” Lamb explains. “It’s a personal story, but I believe it’s a universal experience that many people can relate to.” The initial vocals are immediately relatable — reflecting on a beautiful night before — into more smitten sentiments, though also a more melancholic “please tell me why…” pleading. The melodic track dazzles in its conveyances of unrequited love within a catchy synth-led pop production. Be sure to check out its stylish music video, above, as well.

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.
