The Mess:Age – “MR W.H.O”

/

A brightly nostalgic pop/rock success from London-based project The Mess:Age, “MR W.H.O” delivers a harmonious charm with a shimmering hookiness. The project is led by “Ziggy” Glen Brandon, a talented singer/songwriter with several decades of success; “MR W.H.O” is further indicative of the project’s creative ethos, which values a striving toward personal enlightenment — a particularly important emphasis in times of tumult.

The artist audibly emits positive energy on this enamoring track. “As long as we have love,” the warming vocals let out, then proclaiming “I’m in love with the world.” Set alongside chipper guitars and harmonious backing vocal reflections, the track stirs in its effervescent, hopeful emphasis on love and seizing the moment. “MR W.H.O.” is among the many highlights on the new album Age of Mess.

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.

We discovered this release via MusoSoup, as part of the artist’s promotional campaign.
