Formed in the mid ’80s, Chapel of Roses broke up following a stream of successful tour dates and critical acclaim, though re-formed in 2011 — when singer Chris Kelley asked the members of Chapel of Roses to collaborate on songs. Now, they emerge with a new single in “Cast out to Sea,” showcasing a delightful rock sound that spans from anthemic rock heights — “I’m far away,” — to more psychedelic introspection.
