“Elowyn” is a haunting track full of mystique from Philadelphia-based artist Special World, casting a dreamy folk appeal alongside longing lyrics. “I will never see (you) again Elowyn, you’re my friend,” they let out amidst gentle guitar twangs, with a hazy synth line added thereafter. The ghostly guitar tones combine with a chilling lead, portraying a shuddering finality in the “never,” element and “Elowyn is still my friend,” furthering.
The project represents the work of Andy Molholt, and “Elowyn” comes via the new EP of the same name, streaming below:
