Berlin-based artist Dalai Cellai captivates with a haunting neo-classical appeal on new single “Ellipsis to Infinity.” Described by the artist as conveying “a haunting nostalgia for a place/or person that no longer exists,” “Ellipsis to Infinity” represents the latest solo endeavor from Dalai Cellai, who also performs with the bands Black Veil, The Ocean Collective, Sólstafir, and Antiqva, in addition to Cirque Bouffon and other media.
A lonesome string accompaniment excels in its ample mystique, conveying a cinematic allure with sporadic moments of silence between its escalating passion. A ghostly vocal quivering accompanies thereafter, sending chills.
