Nashville-based quarter Slow Animals strut a breezy, jangly charm on their debut single “Changing Tides.” “Sometimes it’s better just to go with the flow,” the vocals let out, reflective of the tonal lushness. A soaring vocal delivery and twangy guitars enamor thereafter, as twinkling keys float hazily in the background.
Per the band, the track explores “aspects of life that leave you feeling in a rut and not being able to take control..” “Changing Tides” is a melodic delight, and we’re certainly looking forward to single #2 from this rising act.
