The first single from their upcoming full-length, out later this year, “Déjà Rêvé” rides initially on suave vocals and chirpy guitar work. The “start of a dream” concluding vocal leads into a charismatic guitar line, exuding a nostalgia reminiscent of early ’00s NYC rock like The Strokes. The “when I recognize,” bridge crafts enjoyable momentum into another chirpy chorus and satiating conclusion.
