Dandelion Head – “Sad Eyes”

/

Emitting a mellow contemplation that excels into a twangy delight, “Sad Eyes” is a newly released track from Dandelion Head, featured last month with the grooving single “Two Hands.”

Acoustic guitar, enigmatic key tones, and warming wordless vocal harmonies assemble an inviting beginning. Lead vocals emerge with a crisply resonating presence, escalating beautifully during the “sad eyes, looking at the sunrise,” rise. The chorus evokes the feelings of a tired body and weary mind, set aptly amidst a relaxing lazy-day assortment of guitars and keys. Twangy guitar infusions in the second half drive to a fitting, melodically lush finale.

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of January 2023’ Spotify playlist.
