Understated guitar adornments, a playful bass line, and pulsing key-laden breeziness drive to the replay-inducing “I don’t wanna feel that way,” hook.
“I guess I’ll always make the same mistake,” Veronesi sighs amidst bird-chirping, then remarking “it’s nothing new.” Gorgeous, jangly guitars add enjoyably in the following verses, with the conclusion reprising the track’s fantastic central hook. “Nothing New” is ear candy from TOMMASO.
