Electrons in Slow Motion is the project of Marius Copel, a visual and conceptual artist from Bucharest. A follow-up to December’s track “Tughra 0.01,” the beautiful “Tughra 0.02” drives with thumping rhythms and wintry piano tones to start, complemented later by guitar-laden textures.
The track builds gradually, enhanced by ghostly textures in the background that weave in and out. The shaking percussive pulse and tranquil bass touch are built on gracefully past the one-minute turn, when piano-led effervescence emerges. Spacey synth arpeggios simmer as the piano plays sporadically, adding to the atmospheric charm. Guitar-based resonance in the second half compels further, adding to a shimmering finale that excels in its brightly melodic qualities.
Copel is also the artistic director of Cinepolitica International Film Festival, one of few political film festivals in the world.

This track I liked in addition to the Abbi Press you featured. I found both of these via the Hype Machine and have followed you/bookmarked you for future reference. Great sounds I am coming across here. Thank you for keeping up with the latest and posting!
Thanks for checking it out! Glad you’re enjoying 🙂
