“Know End Insight” is a gripping rocker from Los Angeles-based act Squanky Kong. Their prog-rock backbone explores blues, jazz, funk, and beyond throughout new album Dawn of the Cataclysm. “Know End Insight” pursues a more focused progressive-rock approach, an enjoyable introduction to the band’s knack for vigor-full hooks and rising vocal cues (the title-referencing vocal at 01:15, for example).
