“Casting You Out” is a stylish track from Knoxville, Tennessee native Keen Garrity. Vocal pants and intriguing guitar twangs complement a thumping bass line, the lyrics commenting on a hard-fought winter. The backing vocal harmonizing plays excellently amidst the confident lead. The “how do I go about casting him out?” line, followed by a howling guitar, makes for an especially consuming moment. The track showcases Garrity’s strong vocal presence and knack for unpredictably consuming twists/turns, as Will Malone’s guitars add exuberantly. The track comes via the new album Get Big.
