Another impressive entry from Josh Fudge, “There She Goes” represents the final single leading to his debut studio album. A laid-back affair initially with coy vocals and swaying guitars, the chorus injects a soulful vocal appeal amidst twinkling keys. Josh Fudge’s knack for hooks is not an understated attribute; this track and others released so far this year show a gifted pop songwriter hitting their stride. Additional backing adornments, in the style of plucked strings, add nicely to the majestic quality of the chorus’ final reprisal. “There She Goes” is another lovely effort from Josh Fudge.
“There She Goes” continues a very strong year for Oklahoma City-based artist, already impressing with the tracks “Second Date” and “When She’s Gone.”
