We’re happy to premiere “Step Out,” a consuming track from COOL HEAT. Out tomorrow, the track shows a serenely engaging sound led by lush vocals, calming synths, and chugging guitars. In terms of atmosphere, I’m fondly reminded of M83 — a touch of ’80s nonchalance with a modern edge. 01:20 sees a lovely, bouncy bridge gradually accompanied by synths — leading back into the satiating vocal melody. “Step Out” is a soaring success from COOL HEAT, certainly a promising project.
