We’re happy to premiere “Goodbye,” a track from Attics, a Brooklyn-based act comprised of friends who have been creating music together for decades. The track’s beginning is fairly minimalist, growing steadily from creaking acoustics. The track expands with great enjoyment thereafter, building to the enjoyable line: “My heart is warm cause it’s the season for goodbyes.” The backing organ and twangy, relaxed guitars mesh with calming vocals for an aesthetic fondly reminiscent of Christopher Owens (Girls). Twinkling bells/keys charm in the second half. “Goodbye” is warming, satiating track from Attics.
