“Turn Around” is a highlight from Little Warrior‘s debut full-length album, Flight Risk. The Los Angeles-based downtempo electronic artist shows a consuming sound throughout the release. “Turn Around” features a hypnotic vocal lead and slow-burning, nocturnal synth tones that cast an intoxicating soundscape. The guest vocal at mid-point adds a more cavernous vocal tone, showing more somber feeling instead of the more lush, angelic tone initially. The contrast plays with immersive engagement, enjoyably. “Turn Around” is nicely exemplary of the full album’s strong production.
