The second single from the band’s debut album, The Titos describe “Whoever You Are” as “sort of love song about our hometown of Atlanta.” Heartfelt vocals accompany tender guitar twangs and bursting organs to start. The “comin’ to see you,” hook around the one-minute mark hits great, a mixture of jam-friendly rock and melodically warming vocals.
