Krigarè’s take on A-ha’s classic “Take On Me” expands upon the atmospheric potential shown on previously featured track “Silhouette,” with effervescent synth work and climactic percussion aiding her powerful vocals in addition to the soaring guitars. That arsenal returns with this soaring cover. “I wanted to find a way to introduce the world to me as an artist, so I took a well known and loved song, and arranged it in a way that if I had written it myself, this is how I would have done it,” Krigarè says. The climax around 02:15 plays with prominent power, and showcases a striking vocal presence.
