Lani Bagley and Craig Schuftan comprise the duo Ducks!, who on new track “Pinprick In” show an inventive synth-pop sound with icy-cold soundscapes and a hypnotic song structure. Concise vocals lead alongside icy synths and fleeting guitar additions, with the three-minute mark onward showing increased intensity on the rhythmic and synth-laden twinkling.
