Already releasing new material following their impressive Plaza to Plaza album in August, Los Angeles-based act Dakota Blue show more quality on newly released track “Glass Act,” which we’re happy to premiere. Heavily atmospheric throughout, casting a lush and nocturnal feel, the serene vocals linger around soft guitars and ghostly synths. Melodic flourishes, like the glimpse of synths at 01:30, provide a captivating feeling. Blissfully atmospheric and again indicative of the act’s ability to show both strong melodies and stirring soundscapes, “Glass Act” is a great cap to the year for Dakota Blue.
