Cubicle Zombie is the debt EP from Weather McNabb, an artist who shows off a captivating mode of alternative with touches of electronica throughout. Weather was born in Minneapolis, though has spent the majority of her adult live north of Boston. She resumed a focus in music in 2016, working with Boston indie music notable and producer Peter Moore. Weather and Moore worked the next two years, crafting songs that would eventually form Cubicle Zombie. Its opener, “Good Morning”, works off a catchy piano-laden chorus within a darkly suave series of verses, fit in feel for the beginning of October. This is a stylish and largely successful release from Weather McNabb.
