Lo! Peninsula are an act from India (Imphal in Manipur) with a blissful vein of rock, steeped in psychedelia, shoegaze, and dream-pop. They just formed in April last year, and are already impressing strongly with tracks like “Another Divine Joke”, off their new EP, AKA Lo Peninsula. The track’s music video reflects the hypnotic tone well, the placid bass line and mixture of twangy and eruptive distorted guitars combining with serene vocals.
