If All The World Were Right is a new album from Asheville, NC-based singer/songwriter Andrew Reed. It’s a pleasant listen throughout, exuding a sense of optimism in times where it’s much needed. “Sailed Away” kicks off with bright, perky acoustics. Reed’s relaxing, melodic vocals arrive alongside a sprinkling of pianos, light alongside the acoustical progression to exude a sort of springtime-fit ode. A vocal transition around 01:11 hints at a bridge, culminating on the “sailing home on a shoestring and a prayer,” line that follows. The subsequent track, “Cure My Mind” brings forth shimmering acoustics again, here accompanied by an airy organ. The first two tracks do well in enticing listeners to continue through the relaxing and melodic If All The World Were Right, streaming in full below:
