Belgian act Lip Service show a shimmering, hook-y vein of pop on new track “Together,” a joyous listen. Smooth, exuberant beginnings lead into an excellent hook at 00:22, with twinkling keys mixing excellently with the guitars — which flow into a very fluid transition around 00:48. Already in the first minute there’s ample variation and adventure — helping to hook me in immediately. There’s a great knack for melodic hooks as well as interesting transitioning here, making for a great track without a dull moment, full of twangy fun and island-set effervescence.
