Upon hearing T-Payne, there’s a number of new artists that rely too much on the robotic-style vocals, with autotune clouding deficiencies in songwriting and atmosphere. With Create The Culture’s new EP Create, we see an act more aware of the vocal effect’s role as a supplement within convincing songwriting and sweeping soundscapes. The lush, groovy R&B sound works with a smooth nocturnal glisten throughout, the flexed vocal sample at the end of each verse complementing the lush lead. The act – based out of Saskatchewan and comprised of Ace, Kaiba, Pascal, and bk Fire – will drop the EP on November 1st.
