The two SIDIZEN KING tracks we’ve featured so far – “Stuck in the Middle” and “Roll the Dice” – show a notably talented producer/songwriter/performer with eclectic charm, integrating elements of modern electronic-pop with staples of classic hip-hop and R&B. “Stuck in the Middle” had a fun, playful charm, while “Roll the Dice” had a swanky, late-night feel with its rolling keys and hypnotic dual croon. Sid’s new track “When the Drugs Don’t Work” also uses a standout female vocal lead in Pretty Money, providing his lushest and arguably most immediate release to date. His charismatic, rhythmically inclined flow meshes with the pop-centric female vocals over an illuminated, electro-tinged backing. It’s another success from SIDIZEN KING.
Also, on the note of “Stuck in the Middle”, Sid also put out the track’s music video, concurrently with the release of “When the Drugs Don’t Work”:
