Bloom is available in the US and Canada May 15th on CD, double-LP, and digital formats via Sub Pop Records. The album will also be available in Europe from Bella Union on May 14th, in Mexico from Arts and Crafts on May 15th, and in Australia from Mistletone on May 18th.
The SummerStage show will be the first time I’m seeing the dream-pop duo, who had me hooked since their 2006 self-titled debut. I couldn’t hold my excitement back in December 2007, a few months before Devotion was released. Teen Dream was our second favorite album of 2010. So yeah, seeing them has been a long time coming for me.
An additional note: Beach House will make their first national TV appearance for Bloom on The Late Show with David Letterman on May 18th on 11:35pm ET/10:35pm CT.
