Another false report: Michael Jackson and 50 Cent will not be collaborating for a new song, which was supposively titled ‘Now That I Found Love’, featuring Lucy Diamonds as well. It was a false press release sent by a spammer through email. Without checking much into sources, Rolling Stone and MTV and various other large media outlets reported it as true. Of course, The Smashing Pumpkins are officially reuniting. Well, half the band. Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamberlin will be in the band, leaving out our good friend James Iha and D’Arcy Wretzky. It’s odd though, wasn’t Zwan the same thing as this though? Zwan chose the wrong songs to put on the album, and Billy’s solo album was crappy for the most part. Regardless, they will record an album in the summer and being the Pumpkins fan I am, I will try to see them live regardless. ( source )

The new Disney movie “Meet The Robinsons” will feature new songs from Rufus Wainwright and Rob Thomas. The movie is about a 12-year old genius inventor and his rival of sorts. I’d like to see Wainwright croon about that! Just kidding… but still, anything Wainwright puts out is enjoyable, it seems ( source ).
