Australian psych-rockers Tame Impala have remixed Miguel’s “Waves” on Rogue Waves, a compilation of reworkings of the song from last year’s Wildheart. The remix premiered Friday on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 show. Other artists that have been enlisted include Kacey Musgraves, RAC and Travis Scott. Rogue Waves was released a few days ago, on February 26th.
In true Tame Impala fashion, hazy guitars swirl around Miguel making this “Waves” remix strut like a ’70s rocker. Stream the rest of the compilation below:
