Spiritualized Announce Tour

Space-rock legends Spiritualized are releasing their long-awaited seventh album, Sweet Heart Sweet Light, in April. It was originally to be released on March 19th, but the band delayed it a few weeks despite some press having unfinished review copies since November. ” “With the reviews, sometimes it’s like they’ve got a different album anyway,” frontman Jason Pierce quipped.

With the announcement of many new tour dates, that April date looks to be solidifed. After Spiritualized finishes touring the UK on March 25th, they’ll head back to the states to prepare for their U.S. tour a month later. They play Minneapolis’ First Avenue on May 2nd, the beginning of an onsalught of new dates on both coasts and in between:
